HOTEL BOUTIQUE TEOCALLI

Absolutely thrilled with this place. It is small, quiet, and the staff/owners are super friendly! The little garden is adorable and the details in the room are super cute. We stayed in the master plus room because I wanted a mountain view and it is perfect. Minimalistic but comfortable. Air conditioner worked great and the basic amenities were provided. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Boutique Teocalli. I have traveled to 20 countries and stayed in many hotels around the world, and this one truly felt special. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we were treated more like family than guests. The hospitality from the entire staff was genuine and warm throughout our three-night stay. Our first room was beautiful, but on the second day there was an issue with the water. The owner personally informed us right away and generously moved us to another room for the rest of our stay. It turned out to be an incredible suite with our own private rooftop, where we had a crystal-clear view of the surrounding mountains. It made an already great stay even more memorable. The pool was clean and kept at a very pleasant temperature, opening each morning and closing at night. It was a perfect place to relax after exploring Tepoztlán. Every morning they served a light breakfast of fresh fruit, yogurt, and granola along with coffee and a smoothie. I’m not exactly sure what was in the smoothie, but it was absolutely delicious. What really stood out was the attitude of the staff, always smiling, always willing to help, and truly invested in making sure guests had a great experience. This place made such an impression on us that I’m already trying to convince my wife that we should come back here for a few days every year just to recharge. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Tepoztlán and want a place that feels peaceful, welcoming, and memorable.

My friends and me stayed at that very charming hotel for 2 nights and it was very hard to leave the place that felt like home even better. The hospitality and service is beyond the chart, love everything from the moment we arrived. Mucho Gracias

We really liked staying in this charming and well maintained Inn. The gardens were really pretty, the views from the room outstanding. Staff and owner very friendly and helpful giving directions and recommendations. We will certainly stay there again.

I loved my stay at Teocalli! Was very grateful for AC and a clean room, beautiful view of the mountains from my room and great location. The staff was friendly and helped to arrange a taxi at 5am to take me to the airport in CDMX. You do have to walk up a steep hill for a few minutes to get to downtown but it is a nice and quiet location. Would definitely stay again !

What a find!!! Super beautiful place!! We came for a night and stayed 4! Fabulous employees/owner and really delicious fresh food! Like several other reviews said, we liked the food in this hotel better than all the other restaurants in town. The pictures of the rooms do not come close to how awesome the rooms actually are!!! Our experience has been hotels with professional photos never look as good in person and hotels with photos from a cell phone usually look far better in person - this place is no exception! Important note: We booked directly at the property and got a much better price than booking online. Looking forward to coming back soon!!

Absolutely loved our stay at this little hotel!! All of the staff were so kind and accommodating. Marco was so kind and welcoming and the property itself was beautiful. We also had great massages!

This place is magical! The staff is warm and inviting and the koi ponds, gardens, Buddhas and murals as well as the overall decor are conducive to complete relaxation. Absolutely reccomend!
